Definition of HERO

c: a man admired for his achievements and noble qualities

d: one who shows great courage

I am pretty sure that both of these apply to what Chris Lofton did during his senior year.

Agree to disagree. Most people have never seen actual heroism

Every time I see Kevin Durant, I remember Lofton draining a 3-pointer from five feet behind the line right in front of his face.

Lofton and Smith could both light it up.

If we had any inside game, those years could have had a championship in it.

Most players when they shoot a three you are kind of suprised when it goes in. When Lofton shot you were suprised he missed.

Not sure what you're trying to get at. So you're definition is different than what's in the dictionary? That's fine but don't act like we're in the wrong.

I'm curious as to how you define a hero? Is it saving a life? Bc I can almost guarantee there are men who got their cancer detected early by hearing Lofton's story.

As a person who had cancer in high school and tried to play sports I know how hard this can be on someone both physically and emotionally. Not to mention he spent the year away from his family while he was going through this and trying to hide it from the public. Seems pretty admirable and courageous to me.

Chris is my all time favorite Tennessee basketball player, because of his play and his character. We may never see the likes of him again.
