Haha okay...I'm telling you he hasn't been offered the GT job though. Last year when Paul Hewitt almost left GT for St Johns, GT reached out toward Chris Mooney then and he's been very interested in the job since that time. About three weeks before the season ended GT got in touch with his agent and both sides have been talking then...in fact Mooney is set to meet with his Richmond team as early as Monday to tell them he's leaving the program...he's going to reach out and try to get Mark Price to be an assistant and bring one of his own with him. Should be named the GT coach by Wednesday.

No, I was agreeing with you. I have seen where he has expressed interest in the Missouri job. As far as Mooney goes, im not really surprised.

So, Mooney is out then? He would pick GT over TN if both were offered from what it sounds like?

Not positive of that because I'm not sure of how much a factor money is and all that...but it seems like Mooney thinks GT is a good fit for him.

Mooney could very well end up at GT, but something tells me they might try to make a run at Smart.
