Yep, same guy that saved Marvin Harrison, some scrub first year player, your starting defensive tackle a couple of years ago, and Dominic Rhodes' collective asses.
Oh yeah, forgot about Keith. Hell, a couple of years ago you might as well have dressed the Colts backfield in orange jumpsuits.
So you are suggesting that if Peyton Manning and Jim Sorgi are both arrested tomorrow, they should both be cut?
Sorgi has already been cut, so it would be very hard to cut him again. I don't want my team to have any trouble makers, I would rather go 2-14 that have a bunch of thugs. The fact remains that everyone of those guys that got in trouble got released right after.
You get my point. Chris Simms getting high doesn't make him a thug. Neither does Vince Young getting in one fight.
I can't believe I am defending the Titans.
A radio station reported that his pregnant wife was in the car, has anyone else heard this?
I looked into that and have only seen a NY Post article on the subject
um...(and I mean this honestly) everything I've been told by New Yorkers and others has about the Post has been that it's a pretty unreliable paper that tends to report incorrectly or fabricate / take liberties with most of its stories
example: They reported that Owen Wilson tried to commit suicide because word got out that (to summarize their, well, pretty bad story) he had a small penis
I'm not saying it's necessarily right or wrong, but I would really wait to see if another news source (not one just citing the NY Post) comes out with word on this before I start tossing that around as having actually happened
just my two cents there
Eh, it was in the Titans thread, but why not?
I will repeat what I said in that thread with some pics added.
Someone who went to the University of Texas who likes weed? I, for one, am stunned.
BTW, I know, glass houses.
I hope Matt does not follow in his brothers footsteps!!!
Tennessee Titans backup quarterback Chris Simms arrested on charges of driving while on drugs - ESPN
I think it should also be said that driving under the influence of weed (or any other controlled substance) is not as severe as driving under the influence of alcohol.
At least that's what I've been told. I'm sure one of the cops/legal majors on here could confirm if that's true, or if it's true but not in the state of Tennessee. This is what a legal assistant told me, but he works in California where the stance on weed isn't as strict as Tennessee.
