Unless UT goes to a 3-4, I think Walker will be down in the depth chart and won't see the field much. Too bad.

I agree being from Memphis, this kid will be fine. I like the confidence this young man has. Brothermom welcome to the forum, i enjoy hearing family takes on things another perspective not just from fans, again Welcome.

Hard-hitters/speed have a way of making their way onto the field so he'll get his chance if he can produce in practice.

Agreed. LB is one of the deepest positions on UT's team. McCoy, Mayo and Karl will be the starters. Myers-White, Ellix Wilson, and Dorian Davis/Lamarcus Thompson are all good backups. No offense to Walker or Donald, but that will be tough to crack that rotation.

Special teams is where the freshmen LBs will make an impact. It should be fun watching them bust wedges and make the return units better.

thats a good arguement for going to a 3-4. Depth at LB and lack of depth at DT.
