Very Proud of VN today. Mostly everyone has been classy with their posts. I was especially happy when Christian was signed due to the proximity of his HS. Also knowing his family and their history with SEC football. I would like to say Thanks to all, kid battled injuries and a tough cycle of coaches and recruiting, never heard a complaint, a grade issue, a work ethic issue. Just a great kid that missed his window. It was Lance Thomson, I believe that offered first. He accepted and totally shut down recruitment. Would have had many more D1 offer but was in "Love" with TN. (We understand).

It never ceases to amaze me how some people feel so free to criticize/tear down/make fun of young men who are on a team that we supposedly love, when a forum is anonymous. Christian chose UT, and always represented the university with the highest respect for the opportunity he was offered, which is more than we can say for some other players who may contribute more on the field but are an embarrasment off the field. From all accounts Christian played for the sheer love of this game that apparently makes some grown men act like complete idiots and who believe they have some amazing insight that noone else has. If you can't appreciate a player that contributed more to this program than most of you, then please keep your negative comments to yourselves. Best of luck, Christian Harris and thanks for giving your all for Tennessee!

I really like Christian.... we both live in the same area so next time I see him out, I'll give him a big Hi from Volnation.. really nice young man- wish him the very best.

How many players are still with the team that were Dooley signees?

How many of the 2013 class were committed to the Vols before Dooley was fired?

I really liked CH as a recruit, and wish he had been able to break out after his injury. Don't know what all happened, but good luck to him going forward.
