And that would be an embellishment. He has been pretty outspoken about his desire for people to better themselves so they can get off of welfare.

LOL, the guy has been baiting the media and others into repeatedly bringing it up. He is getting tons of free publicity off of this and doesn't ever have to spend another nickel on campaign ads in Jersey ever again.
