I loaded the heck up at Thompson already. Was 40% off everything not excluded and I got boxes of EP Carrillo pledge apogee and few other things rarely on sale.

Bought the BDLs on sale. I liked the 5x60 sample that I’d smoked before. This standard robusto is 5x54. Fine cigar, great price.

You wont be dissapointed with those. The flavors are good and I dont think in over 10 years I have had one that was poorly crafted.

Zinos at ~$4/stick was an easy grab. The CAOs at >$4/stick was a bonus.

I’m loaded up. 40+ cigars on hand is a rare thing for me. Seal top plastic tub with fresh bóvedas is my humidor until I smoke some of these.

Tell her this completely demonstrates how much she loves you and determines your future together. My GF bought me a box of Davidoffs from Trump Tower for my bday - and she became my wife years ago! So no pressure or anything but few things say love like 1926 #1 maduro or if she is thinking kids a 44 family reserve could work too but a 50th Anniversary is the one you know you got to run out to get the diamond on her hand right away.

If its Damaso though, I am sorry, you have to kick her to the curb now.

This morning’s dawn cigar is a BDL. The wrapper is natural, like Arturo Fuentes Casa Fuente, but the filler is spicier. Tabaccalara Pages signature spice is evident. Like the Zinos I’ve been indulging in, this is a complex medium body blend. With my second cup of coffee, and the gentle rain, it completes the triad for this relatively mild morning (42 degrees with little wind).

Are Zino platinum grand masters worthy of staying in the humidor? Of course they are. Then, why am I smoking them one after another?

Well, when you buy candy for Halloween, do you buy more of the good stuff than you think you’re going to hand out? Do you eat the leftover candy greedily, or keep it to savor over days to come?
