I think its fireworks smoke but the cigar smoke theory makes for a better story. I did my part with a cigar though.

They shoot off multiple rounds of fireworks from the top of the stadium after games, from the two boxes and the north endzone (since they can fire from on top of the overhang). The smoke in the image runs around that part of the stadium, but isn't present over the south endzone, which matches where the fireworks are fired. It's far more likely the leftover haze from those fireworks than it is cigar smoke. Possibly enhanced for contrast, but probably not Photoshopped.

Though - there's probably some cigar smoke in that haze, which means you could say "look at all that cigar smoke" and technically not be lying -- which is the best kind of actual lying.

Been going on like that forever! Fans partake, big deal. I don’t smoke cigars but I do on a Tennessee win the 3rd Saturday in October! It’s tradition!
