Gotta give some love to CJ. They put D Rose on the bench at the end of the game while down by 3 so they could play CJ. He subsequently hit a 3 to tie the game and then dominated the overtime session. Representing the VOLS well.

Saw the highlights. Good on CJ. He has been an incredibly good role player for the Bulls, especially with Rose hurt half of this year.

Actually he was in way before that. He played the majority of the 4th quarter and all of OT over Rose.

Keep in mind rose was injured and wasn't effective, that was reasoning for his benching. Career low 2 points.

Still, glad to see CJ take advantage of the opportunity.

Great teams have this kind of depth at key positions.. Basketball is violent and injuries happen a lot. I'm glad the Bulls have CJ. He's been getting plenty of pt with Rose being so banged up recently.

Always liked CJ Watson. Probably my favorite player that Buzz brought in. Glad to see he's making some waves in the NBA.

He would definitely be a starter on most other teams in the NBA.
that is taking it a bit far. there are some teams where he would be the starter but he is not a top 15 PG... no knock on him but he is not a starter at this time.

CJ has inconsistency problems for sure, but he's great as a bench player/6th man where you can let him go if he's hot that night.

I watched this game live last night. It was awesome watching for a bulls/cj watson fan. Cj dominated the 4th and ot and hit the game tying shot with 2 secs left on a step back three! I jumped out my chair like i was watching the vols play!

I got to watch CJ and the Bulls play their first home game in 2012 against the Grizzlies this year in Chicago on New Year's Day. It was great to see him play and hustle like he does; he's a fine representation of our university and a heckuva backup to Rose.

He has worked very hard to get where he is today. He set himself up pretty nicely to get so many minutes for the team with the best record in the East. So proud, and really stoked that I got a pic with him at the RTL a couple years ago.

Yes! I'm thinking the NBA is going to get more representation from UT in the next couple years. Stokes, Golden, and and Maymon all have legitimate chances if they don't underachieved this season IMO.

I want to get some NBA jerseys!! The red Bucks jerseys are really cool for Tobias. If I'm not mistaking, you can order ANY players' jerseys from the online NBA store. If they're not a superstar, you can pick a custom jersey, and then choose whoever you want from th roster. They'll match up the names and numbers. Badass!

I just pray that no Vol ever signs to Boston, Houston, San Antonio, or Dallas. Hate those teams.
