I will say in complete honesty, before I knew of any such comments from Jones, I always thought he was a moron. He is literally terrible at his job.

I've never thought to question his intelligence, but he does have a very boring and bland delivery. There is nothing that distinguishes him from any other play by play man. He is basically the black Bob Kesling. ESPN college football misses Ron Franklin.
