- UT Paid him $650,000
- USC is probably paying him the same or more.
- Dooley only made $400,000, and he was the AD too.
- It's nearly impossible to win there.

Also, do you think Ed wanted to go to USC with Lane, or do you think it was his only option? For him to want to jump ship before the ship even sailed surprises me.
