Clean, Ole Fashioned Hate: Georgia Tech (7-4) vs #7 Georgia (9-2) (7:30PM ET, ABC)

Ok call it VN. How does this end? The longer a game goes it favors the more talented team and the home team. However I think GTs ability to move the ball better with the ground game may be a huge advantage. Especially if gets to the point of exchanging 2 point conversions. I am not sure who I think this favors. 🤔

My opinion on Tessitore has changed tonight, he is annoying the **** out of me.
I usually don’t mind him much but this is getting unbearable… I hate how they act like GA earned it or something… they got lucky they got calls (which they know they will) and whoever they are let them back in it… just stupid.

History repeats itself Georgia in OT

They won’t let GT win… somehow GA will win.

Dadgum ACC refs.
You keep saying this sarcastically, the thought process from others (I’m getting there myself) is they don’t ultimately “answer” to the league. Sure that’s their employer but it’s not who’s calling the shots. The ACC doesn’t give a rip if GT wins this game other than for pride. It doesn’t ultimately help their conference in any meaningful way..

Well GA will survive and win in OT man they got lots of help the PI on 4th and Goal and the no targeting call plus multiple holding calls must be nice to get those types of calls..

Don’t forget the last pi. The offensive interference they gave to the defense. Then the blatant holds they ignored.

Impossible path forward for GT

If they get a 1st down it's holding
If they defend it's PI

GT went up 27-13 with 5:42 to play. What the hell happened besides the refs deciding to factor themselves into the final score? How does a team play that well for that long, and then just crap all over themselves in the home stretch?
Well, to be fair, Tech inexplicably went Prevent and let UGA just run 20 yards to meet the defenders until they scored.

Refs escort Georgia into overtime vs. Georgia Tech.

The pass interference call against Georgia Tech was blatantly caused by the Georgia receiver yet called the other way enabling that drive to continue and a subsequent touchdown. Not to mention uncalled glaring obvious offensive holding by Georgia.
