Patience brother. Once Dabo leaves for Bama, Clemson will go back to being nothing more than a basketball school.

I'm not a betting man, but if I were, I'd wager a good but that this never happens. It's too easy and obvious, everyone assumes a coach goes back to the Alma Mater, but I think it often ends bad. I think he stays where he is unless he has no choice, and if it gets that bad, he won't be Bama material anyway.

Great QBs make great coaches. If Lawrence was there this year, they’d be in the playoffs. DaBo is a team builder. That is his strength.

From 1997-2000 Clemson basketball had both Dale Davis (1996-2000) and Elden Campbell (1997-2001) - two of the best big men in the NCAA at the time.

They were very good but didn't win a Natty. Clemson was in three consecutive Final Fours 1996-1998.
Can’t drink all day if you don’t start in the morning! 👍🥃

Give the man a break, it's Christmas.

I mean he's probably a Clemson fan since probably 2015 or so and thinks the last few years are the rule rather than the exception.

Most of us past the age of 35 or so are used to Clemson being the very definition of meh-even in football. Hell, I remember one year when I was at GT we won like 4 games-but we beat Clemson.
IDK man, they've had some down years like most programs but they've been pretty good as a whole most of my life, if you look at the last 50 seasons, which is basically all the seasons since the full integration of the sport and they are 420-187-8, which is 9th in that time.

Dabo isn't going to Bama. He's smart enough to know not to follow Saban's legacy there.

He'll be at Clemson the rest of his career, IMO. Built a program, doesn't have the massive expectations that Bama has, and Clemson would be foolish to fire him with constant 10 win seasons and playoff appearances.

Clemson has been pretty dang good long before TLaw showed up. Don't care what conference they play in. Talent is talent, and they have had a ton of it over the last 10 years.
Tajh Boyd with his decommitment here went there and helped establish a solid run.

He's the legend at Clemson, you don't leave Clemson to follow potentially the greatest to ever do it. (Hate saying that)
