Cleveland State isn't a bad team. Certainly fun to see though early on although it's not all that shocking considering it's Vandy.

Cleveland State is solid. Only lost Norris Cole from last years squad. Their leading scorer today was hurt all of last season; if he played, they probably would have won the Horizon League

I'm sure they're decent. But, the #7 team in the country shouldn't be getting their asses handed to them by a Horizon League squad other than possibly Butler.

Missed opportunity. Take my advice and listen to a Stallings postgame show after a loss. I didn't get this one today, but we have a guy in charge of mass texting our group when Vandy is about to lose a game. Stallings' postgame shows are classic. He will say: "We told them. We did our job as coaches. I don't know what happened. It's obvious they didn't listen. We had them prepared, but they didn't want to play". Blah, blah...then he'll say "it's our fault as coaches" at the end so it looks like he's taking the blame.
The text comes in as "the bus is coming" and I try to catch his postgame show.

Teresa Walker (twitter):

No. 7 Vanderbilt shut down scoreboard so fast, good thing had stat monitor to doublecheck final score in 71-58 loss to Cleveland St.
