Harry was a 2 star I can confirm that. Graduated same year from rival school. Harry is a great story. I have friends that knew him well, many thought he would never survive at UT. I met him and talked with him a time or 2. Harry was a quiet but nice like a big teddy bear in high school, everybody liked Harry. Everyone loved him but wasn’t sure he would adjust to intense training to reach his potential. He was big but not in great shape college football wise. He redshirted and he thrived in the weight room. Going into his redshirt season all my friends that went to school with him that seen him the next summer we’re like whoa, Harry is huge and twice as strong as he was. Then the reports in August was Harry Galbreath was the strongest man on the team. I was there his first game as a redshirt freshman against UCLA in 1985. Harry started at tackle and he kept a UCLA all American at bay all day long. I knew then that Harry was going to be a great Vol!Ive heard Doug Matthews say Harry Galbreath had 2 offers, Tennessee & Austin Peay. A solid 2 star if I ever saw one. According to Fulmer, the OL list of greats starts with HG.
Trust the coaches.
Two commitments that are hearing from their home state schools are Colorado offensive lineman Gage Ginther and South Carolina, wide receiver Braylon Staley. In both instances, we don’t believe there is much to worry about as of this moment.
-VQGlen Elarbee was in Colorado on Thursday seeing Gage Ginther. We will have more on Ginther in the next day or so.
