SIAP, but this just goes to show what a great job CBJ is doing representing Tennessee football and getting people to take notice. Also, Volnation gets some credit for being the greatest fanbase in the country.

Might as well catch Les, too.

1. Les Miles, LSU 121K
2. Butch, UT 103K
3. Brian Kelly, ND 102K
4. Mark Richt, GA 92K
5. Bielema, Arky 78K

Interesting that Bielema is that high. Probably has something to do with his wife's angry tweets at his former team.

He can surpass Les Miles.

Butch has more tweets this month than Les Miles does this year.

this doesnt make a damn bit of difference in any way.

Perhaps not to you or me, but recruits are the twitter generation. I predict that Butch will be no. 1 in this ranking in less than a year. He and his staff believe strongly in Twitter as a marketing tool for our program, one that costs absolutely nothing.

Nick Saban doesn't a twitter account and I think they're doing ok.

The 2 situations are different and I like it that Jones likes to use Social Media to get his presence and message out there. But it's not that big of a deal. I really doubt a recruit would pick a school over a coach's twitter following.

I didn't suggest that recruits would "pick a school [based on] a coach's twitter following." There is no question, however, that recruits use that medium extensively. In Butch's case, his following on Twitter is simply indicative of how aggressively he is marketing our program. Saban, on the other hand, has no need to be concerned with social media; he has the no. 1 program in the country and all the ESPN coverage he could possibly want.

I am SHOCKED! A Tator fan being negative about CBJ simply shocks me! What is the world coming to?

uhhh, considering recent developments, i am one of the biggest believers in butch jones on this board and have never spoken negatively of him.

my post in this thread was not negative.

i said it doesn't make a damn bit of difference.

in other words, since that confused you the first time, it's not positive. it's not negative. it just is.

if he didn't tweet at all. not good. not bad. if he has the most followers or anyone who tweets in the history of twitter. not good. not bad.

it doesn't matter.

does that clear it up?

Uhhh, depends upon what is is. Sorry Tator, nice try but your frustration is showing through. Deep down inside you know the Tators are about to be bUTch slapped and it is bothering you! Florida will soon be a thing of the past in the SEC east. Right now you guys are no better than the fourth best team in Florida! So sad ... Just kidding!
