Trolling? This is one of the greatest comedies of all time. No offense, but if you don't like this movie, I can't value your opinion of film. It's pretty much flawless writing, acting*, and directing.

*and I hate Nick Cage

It sucked I just turned it off after about an hour. And I like nic cage.

Goodman's escape from jail and the imagery of his head sticking out of a muddy hole in the ground made Billy feel very uncomfortable

While this isn't my favorite Coen Brothers movie, I absolutely love this scene! The subtle comedy surrounding this scene is brilliant! LOL!

My favorite would be No Country For Old Men

Has anybody read Gates of Eden? Ethan Coen wrote it and it's a series of short stories. It's really entertaining, but it's been a decade since I read it. One I recall was a guy who was a bureaucrat for the Department of Weights and Measures, and he took his job way too seriously. Like he beats the **** out of a butcher he catches shortchanging people. So funny.

I'm so ashamed when I meet people here in AZ who haven't seen it.

My mom says she walked out of it in the theater. My Uncle, her brother, was a big movie buff and loved it. When we would visit he would always tease her and choose it for a movie night.

I love the movie on its own but that memory makes it special to me.
