Since i would have thought that Michigan had more fans than Michigan state. Is it really like that??

I've lived in ND for the past two years and I don't think I've ever seen a Nebraska fan. College football isn't big up here.

Chattanooga is definitely a combination of Georgia and UT. I don't think i've ever seen a Jacket fan up there when visiting.

Then again, I think i've only ever seen a handful of Ga Tech fans in my lifetime. They seem to be a rare breed.

As far football goes Indiana is pretty much all either Notre Dame,Purdue or Ohio State...probably less than a 1,000 TRUE IU football fans in the state! lol

chattanooga is a pretty good mix, primarily ut of course.....second place goes to whoever is hot at time, couldnt find a bammer when i first came here now its crawling with them(lots of NE bama folks work in chattanooga), that is the ones that have jobs. surprisingly Ga doesnt show a real strong presence here. also a lot more auburn fans around than GT.

Yeah, in Chattanooga you don't see the Bama or Georgia fans unless their team is winning, but you always see the Orange out on force.

UTC does almost everything they can not to play around the UT game as they know that no one will be there or watch. I can't understand why they were even shown on the map.

I would think Michican has more fans than State. Also, FSU and Miami probably have bigger chunks of Florida than that. As for Tennessee, I'll give you that C and tiny dot somewhere in the middle. But who is this Blue M Schools and black Gold Star school you speak of???

That orange should extend further into NC. There are a lot of Vol fans in the western part of the state. We are much closer geographically to Tennessee than NC, NCSU, and Duke. We still have those people, but many more Vols here.

Having lived in Michigan, it's actually pretty close between the Wolverines and Spartans. Michigan has more nationwide fans, but I wouldn't be surprised if State had more in-state fans. Michigan State has like twice the enrollment of Michigan, so they have a surprising amount of fans.
