If it even exists, I’m betting the farthest it’s gotten is the initial paperwork is gathering dust on a desk somewhere.

I am watching the Texas-Iowa State game on ESPN and they showed a stat that Iowa State is 540-171 at the Hilton Coliseum which opened in 1971.

Iowa State likes to drive the ball on offense and will give the opposition a chance to take a lot of 3 point shots.

Iowa State is currently ahead 26-25 late in the first half.

The funny thing is that at one point I did in fact look over at the dozen or so ETSU fans behind the bench and think , "I just wonder....".

8. EAST TENNESSEE STATE

Head coach Steve Forbes has done a solid job of building this program into a consistent winner as the Buccaneers sit at 10-4. A recent 19-point road win at Mercer was a really impressive mid-major win and East Tennessee State also put a serious scare into Xavier on the road before losing by two. Armed with a top-50 defense, if the Buccaneers can improve their dreadful 32 percent three-point shooting then they could compete with anyone.

Admit what? Vols are ranked Top 25, and have been for weeks...on paper they return 12/13 players next year. What’s ETSU ranked?

Great night for our RPI. Wake Forest beat Syracuse. Presbyterian, High Point, and Lipscomb all won. Now we just need to win games.
