Deion isn't my cup of tea, but I can't deny what he is doing is impressive, I didn't think he would be successful as a HC and he may not be, but yesterday was a big deal. Not on par with us beating Bama after 16 years imo, but every situation deserves proper context. The TCU team of yesterday isn't the same team that was great most of last year, but Colorado beating any power 5 team in the first game after the massive overhaul is quite noteworthy. Colorado has been a pretty tough job and was a dumpster fire when Deion got there. Again, lots of ball left to play, so not sure Deion should be starting his "told you so " tour just yet, though he has, because that's kind of who he is. The dude got coveted players to come to Jackson State, then Colorado, and won a game over a team that was just in the title game. Time will tell, but it's a great start for him.
I do think it's funny that Corso is so critical of him, considering hos own lack of success as a head coach. If Corso is saying "that's not how I did it/would do it", then you're on the right track.
