No championships tonight, but some stellar games regardless.
#3 Pitt vs. #21 UConn at noon ET on ESPN (hopefully Jim Burr won't ref this)
#11 Syracuse vs. #17 St. John's at 2 PM ET on ESPN (and surely I'm not the only one who wants the Johnnies and their "fans" to get lambasted today)
Memphis vs. Southern Miss at 3:30 PM ET on CBS College Sports (basically could be for a spot in the tournament for Memphis; USM really needs to win the C-USA title)
Michigan State vs. Iowa at 4:30 PM ET on ESPN2 (if MSU loses, they're probably on the wrong side of the bubble)
UT-Arkansas at 7:30 PM ET, of course
#14 Louisville vs. Marquette at 9 PM ET on ESPN
Texas A&M vs. Missouri at 9:30 PM ET on ESPN2
Should be a good day.
The next 2 Thursday and Fridays always makes me wish I was unemployed.
I still have school (senior in HS), but I may skip next Thursday and Friday seeing as they're both pretty pointless days before spring break.
But hey, at least you don't have an optometrist appointment scheduled for the first day of the NCAA Tournament. :banghead2: If UT's playing at that time, though, I won't go to that either.
I was lucky enough to either have teachers who cared more about basketball more than education or to be sick every year from 8th-12th grade. Didn't miss a beat.
And then in college it was just a no brainer.
Starting work sucked.
I remember a tv being rolled in for a UT bball game in middle school. We now have tv's in the breakroom so I can always go work in there if I need to (did it for the World Cup)

Pitt / Uconn game is a good one! Kemba Walker IS the POY. No questions. Most amazing player this year IMO.
