Thanks, Coach. Looking back it seems pretty obvious that he was coming to the Vols. I mean, did you join and post messages on every team's message board he was interested in :)

Coach, this is one of the best posts I have ever read here on VolNation! We are so thrilled to have Mike on board here at The University of Tennessee! Here's to 4 good years while he is a Vol and many good visits after he graduates!

Thanks Coach Conrad! I hope you'll get to a game or two in Knoxville and be able to see the kind of support this young man will receive from the fan base. We love our kids like nobody's business!!! GO VOLS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Crompton didn't get boo'ed for just throwing a bad pass...he was thumping the noggin's of cheerleaders, with their back to the field, and hitting the hotdog vendor's tray....meat projectiles flying everywhere, scaring little kids. Who wouldn't boo that? :birgits_giggle:

God. Awful.

I remember being so disappointed by his play on all those drops. Justin Groves had me so excited about his play going into last year...I don't know what happened, but something didn't translate from the practices to the field for sure in that instance.

I remember watching him run onto the field and I yelled "Don't throw it to Stocker!"

...They threw it to him on that play, and sure enough, he dropped it. My roommate sitting next to me at the game laughed and agreed
