Who wouldn't want to go to play for Arkansas?

I mean he really has a good point: Sam Walton is from there - you can easily get a job at Walmart after your eligibility is used up - and if they're not hiring there's always Kraft and Tyson chicken. I'd be stoked due to that fact that Walmart has its HEADQUARTERS there. Great recruiting tool - I'm surprised they aren't loaded on 5-stars by now.

ohhhh...how is it notable? I mean to volnation? Because he's not been interested in us for quite some time.

at one time we were looking at him and now it looks like we will be playing against him. How is posting that info an issue for you?

QB seems to be our biggest question mark left. Kiffin needs to get in on the #1 QB for 2010, and before half of you have a high speed come apart, I know he is already committed elsewhere but, when you all see who we have commit on 2/04/09, you'll see that no schools' verbal is safe with this staff. This is the #1 staff ever assembled for recruiting nationally as well as the SEC. We have MS State's and SC's Recruiting Coordinators, Alabama's #1 recruiter, Auburn's best recruiter over the past 10 years, 2 Rivals Recruiter of the Year Award winners, the guy they wrote a book about cuz he's such a good recruiting guru, and USC's previous recruiting coordinator. Top it off with the a DC that has won Super bowls and fielded a top 10 defense in the NFL more years than not along with an OC that was a stout recruiting force at Purdue before he went to the NFL. Add the fact that Tennessee currently is second place for the most NFL players actively on roster, and we have averaged 1 first round draft pick every year for 10 years and have had at least 1 player in the Superbowl for the last 18 out of 19 superbowls, and 2 ex-Vols received national awards this season: Manning NFL MVP (third time) and Mayo Defensive Rookie of the Year. We will be a lightening rod for talent. As long as this staff is halfway decent at actually coaching up talent, we have nothing to worry about and considering the known track records of Lane and Monte at USC and Tampa, I am confident that they can handle the X's and O's.

Who wouldnt want to come here to make history. The first father and son combo to win a BCS NC ever!! Guys, this is a headline waiting to happen. The pieces to something truely special are falling into place here. And why not, we as fans deserve it (for the most part, not counting all of those fans that threatened our coachs' families or the coachs themselves with bodily harm or personal attacks just because we lost a few football games, that is a d%$n embarrassment to an extremely proud program). We have sold out a 100K+ stadium for years, setting attendance records regularly and have led the SEC in home attendance for like 32 years. We have a proud and honored tradition of winning championships, whether national or SEC. We have more bowl appearances than any other school other than I think Alabama and more wins over the past 80 years than any other program in the country. God, its good to be a VOL!!!! Now I just have to live long enough to actually witness our winning a National Championship. (I missed 98, I was not a football fan at that time, didnt start watching religiously like my dad until '00).

From the Auburn site. Corey will have an in-home visit with Coach Chizik this week, as well as take his official visit to Auburn. He favors Ole Miss at this point and talks about how much he loves Coach Nutt.

Unless Nutt has better recruiters than he did at Arky, Gaines may not love playing for Ole Miss in a couple years.
(without Orgeron's boys)

"I just committed to Ole Miss a few minutes ago," shouted and elated Gaines to FlaVarsity.com.
