Dools is at fault for not monitoring them better.
Players are at fault for skipping workouts when they should WANT to get better.
Blame can easily be placed on both, because in the end, it hurt the players way more because Dools still walked out of here rich.
The whole point is that the coaches arent allowed contact most of the summer; I assume that rule is being broken here now if they are being monitored by the coaches.
I think there is an overwhelming amount of evidence that Derek Dooley was the worst head football coach in Tennessee's long and storied history.
