Wheww....wow! You really got me there. Again, you got NO clue.
I see what's going on here, y'all both hit your periods at the same time. How cute.
Maybe. His I think has been going on since the Oregon game.
Just a bit of advice. Don't argue with idiots. We are well coached but that doesn't mean that the players will always show that. There will be times where we will look "very poorly coached" as you put it. That's just the truth. Some people don't possess the ability to comprehend that and only take it as negativity. People don't like what they don't understand, so just leave them in their stupidity.
You clearly got me mixed up with somebody else bro. Been Full Butch until this week. Shook off the Oregon loss, no big deal. Loved the Ga and SCar games, little embarrassed by the Bama game, scratched my head after Mizzou, openly questioning after the Auburn game. Done with your silliness. Carry on chief.
This sounds good, but we would have huge gaps a few years from now if we over sign this year & get penalized 2 for 1 scholly's next year.
I agree as long as you dont go overboard. Not to mention that the 2015 class is stacked with talelnt & we already have high interest from a lot of high quality recruits next year as well.I hear you to some extent but I fall more in the "strike while the iron is hot" camp. We have a lot of catching up to do and if this class is as epic as it appears to be with all the studs we have committed and are in on? .... Obviously he needs to manage everything appropriately and not mortgage the future too much, that is beyond 2014, but go ahead and load up this year, while you can. I trust him to handle it in the best interest of the program.
If next year you only sign 20, well that still works out to 25 or so per year and you get back on schedule with a class of 25 in 2016..... with a ton more talent primarily because of the studs wanting in the 2014 class.
I was reading up on this and apparently there is a work a round to over signing. Here is how it works:
The players sign a letter of intent. That basically gives them the ability to get financial aid. They sign a different contract for their athletic scholarship.
Therefore, you can technically grey-shirt some players the first year. They still get paid for their schooling but they don't get the athletic scholarship yet. Some will become academically ineligible and some will be put on injured reserve the first year. All this will help out.
