I guess Einstein was right, it's all relative. I wonder how many of them are the same on posters at both sites. Negativity doesn't just sow itself.

It sounds like there are some smart people over there. Wanting a coach back that went to six straight NCAA tourneys over a coach that has lost to Austin Peay makes sense to me.

Poor coaching maybe.
From what I've watched it's more inexperience and immaturity in the players.
20+ points off of turnovers in most of the losses and averaging over 16 turnovers a game.
About half of the losses would have been wins had the kids executed in the last minutes of the game.
JMO though.

May want to go back and see who Pearl lost to in his last season and compare scores and location of game. The talent is worse this year than last and we lost to two of the three with the almighty Bruce as coach.

He beat Missouri State.

Even with his losses and a cloud hanging over him and his team all year about all the coaches losing their jobs, he still made it to the NCAA tourney.

Doesn't change the fact you said we lost to Oakland and C of C with enough talent to beat them and coaching is why we lost. If we lost to those same two teams the previous year with better talent doesn't that mean the coaching was even more to blame then?

I liked Bruce but he was an idiot to do what he did and he was rightfully punished. This is Martin's team and he deserves a reasonable amount of time to show what he can do..then we can judge.

Posters at GVX must be some of the same geniuses that post at knoxnews.com.

Whoever has to moderate those threads deserves hazard pay.

Who is they and no they (who ever they are) would not if they had anything to do with athletics at UT.....

He may have a little better record than CCM right now but not by much.....

Some Fans would hire him back but not all of them....Which leads us to the statement if we could....There is a darn good reason we can't hire him and a darn good reason as to why we wouldn't if we were allowed to....

He made a mistake....It cost all of us alot in the process...this may not be the first time he has lied to the NCAA and we all thought it would not happen again...as a result he turned a mole hill into Mount Everest.....Why? Unknown....Result Minor infractions turned into Major ones...

This is what happens when you sell yourself out to the devil......like Kiffin and Pearl.....
