We lost by 25 points to an unranked team. Only 2 teams we beat are currently ranked. Y'all have gone crazy. Name another time you ever felt a "contender" got beat by 30 points by someone and should be in the playoff. The answer is never

Everyone has an opinion and the reason they have no value. This said, it's my opinion (not humble) that the the loss to SC (total devastation) coupled with the loss of Hooker makes it too much of a stretch for me to support TN as 1 of 4 best teams in the country. TN is building something special and will have many more runs in the years ahead.

Not that it's much better but we lost by 25 points.

I don't know how we could argue us at 10-2 with a 25 point loss to South Carolina is better than Ohio St. at 11-1 with their one loss to the probable undefeated Big 10 Champion who will be the probable #2 seed.

And we didn't look like one last week.

And if we're touting that our losses are to the #1 team and a team that will now be in the Top #25, OSU's one loss is to the #2 team.

I’m not saying I’m an advocate for us to be top 4 and be in the playoffs. I am saying that there is no way Bama should be ahead of us. Period! Head to head is a tie breaker for all leagues. Why would it not be when it comes to rankings?

That team, South Carolina, will ONLY be ranked because they put a 60 burger on us and eeked out a very lucky one point win over Clemson who lost to a 5 loss Syracuse team.

South Carolina doesn't get a pass because they put it together in the last 2 weeks. We were favored by 21 points and lost by 31 points. It's an awful loss.

Alabama just doesn't have an awful loss this year. We do.

If it comes down to it, Alabama will get in ahead of us. Wait and see. That turd we laid against SCar really hurt us. Gives the committee an opportunity to open the door and shape the narrative. I know it’s not popular, but we won’t jump them at this point with both seasons being complete. The committee just won’t do it. Bama is going to be at #5, sitting in the catbird seat in the event TCU loses the Big 12 Champ game and/or USC loses the PAC-12 CG. And don’t be surprised if OSU only drops to 5 or 6.

OSU lost by 20 something to their only quality opponent. We have 2 top 10 WINS.

We had already proven ourselves worthy before we wet the bed. OSU ain’t proved shat

Ohio State just lost at home by the worst margins in like 3-4 decades vs one of the few good teams on their schedule….

Their best wins are now Penn State and Notre Dame. Not great

3 and 4 are a toss up but these are the rankings we see Tuesday. Like it or not this is how it be.

Get back in the time machine. It may have been the case years ago. TCU has a better strength of schedule than Georgia, Ohio State, Michigan, and USC. Pac 12 is loaded. ACC and Big 10 are very weak this year.
