How bad are the training facilities?

Toronto's is right by where I work. One practice field only and it's outdoors completely open to the public not even fenced off. They have two school portables against each other for film and game planning. I assume they use a regular gym to workout.

I feel a little sorry for the American players, it's gotta be a kick in the pills to go from a big D1 program to that but they're still getting a paycheck for doing what they love.

I like the deep endzones and receivers and defensive backs being able to move before the snap.

Uh, DB's can move all they want before the snap in American football.
