I wish I could tell you why. Something about "stationary high over the four corners region." or some such. It happens several times every winter, but this one is setting records. I suppose its better than highs in the 30s or 40s. My beer bill has gone up considerably though.

I've always dug Behemoth. I first got into them back in the mid 1990's with their album Grom..its good old fashioned melodic 1990's black metal. I dig the heavier stuff now too.

It’s this without the tortellini. I used an extra half of a green pepper, a whole red onion instead of half, and 1/3 c pesto instead of 2/3 c because of no tortellini.

It was idiotically easy, which I needed due to the omg scallop cooking.

—oh, and half the amount of spinach, because 4 c just looked nutso, even if it does vanish to nothing. Plus I wanted to save some for salad tomorrow. The world would have kept turning if I’d used the full amount.
