Seared sea scallops and broccoli Raab over potato gnocchi in a walnut creme pesto. I call it pesto because that's what it is minus the Basil and the addition of walnuts, milk soaked bread and ricotta.

It can be, and was substituted with orecchiette instead of gnocchi if like me you don't feel like making gnocchi and you ain't buying it premade.

@NorCalVol67 because I know you like scallops and pasta quite a bit.

I love gnocchi but have never made it. I often plan to, then get lazy. That sounds really good, except that I am not a fan of walnuts.

I did switch to sweet potatoes but would agree with the sentiment

Pretty sure it was a steak dinner with a sweet tomato

Cheap Mac and cheese with bacon bits, extra Sharp cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and white pepper is fantastic!

I'm a Duck fan who's been on here since just prior to the Vols coming to play my Ducks at Autzen in 2010. I spent a bit of time prior to that game trying to help Vol fans have an enjoyable trip to Oregon. I tried to help a few who were looking for places to go and stay at the coast and I helped others with the best way to get to Autzen.

I enjoy learning more about opponents and their fans and I found the Vol fans to be a good group so I stayed around. As for this particular thread, I'm not sure I remember how I got hear, but I saw someone reference Elk Cove Pinot and that happens to be my "house Pinot" so I responded. Does that answer your question?
I don't care why your here just don't come back.

They need to make Mac and cheese and canned cheese glow in the dark so you can put it on a cracker in the dark. I mean, will people that eat that crap care if it glows in the dark?
