My testing skills are somewhat suspect . I have difficulty in my ability recall dates or events in certain parts of my past., roughly mid 70's to the mid 80's. I was into some high level pharmaceutical research, I was basically the substitute for lab rats. It was sponsored by PETA and those of us who were chosen were considered expendable to some extent to save the rats.

That top part is similar to my ginger soy marinade. I use 2 tsp ginger, 1/3 cup of soy, 1 tsp red pepper flakes, 4 garlic cloves and I use 1/3 cup of raw honey instead of the brown sugar and 1 tablespoon olive oil,

Anyway, it sounds good I hope she enjoys it.

Aye @thistime ..... I see you're an old fart like most of the fuggers in here. Would you be interested in joining an exclusive club?? It's called BBB...which is short fer Behr's Breakfast Boyz. The club meets at their local Hardee's, McDonald's, or Bojangles every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (and every other Saturday) @ 5AM. The meetings have evolved into virtual hangouts due to covid and consist of basically shootin the chit -- talkin about women (or men in Behr's case) and the weather over a plate of biscuits & gravy and fresh coffee. @Behr is a volunteer biscuit maker and flour fluffer at his local Hardee's, but you don't have to put in that kind of commitment if you don't want to. Spots are filling up fast for 2021, but tend to also have openings fairly often due to the extreme age of most of the members. Nevertheless, don't delay if you have interest!!!! Good luck with your BBB application!!!

Here at the home they usual don't let us out of our cages....I mean rooms until 7:00. I will check with the nice mean and see though it sounds like great fun. I do like biscuits and gravy though. Anybody from the South that don't, ain't really from the South and should be forced to eat whole wheat toast and turkey bacon......what is that? Turkey bacon, I ain't never seen a pork belly on a turkey.
