German and French came pretty easily what with all the similar words, but once I tried Russian, I quickly drowned. I don’t do well with non-Latin alphabets! And Hebrew is not Indo-European - I would sink without trace. It’ll be there when you’re ready for it

Nope. Anvil Chorus (Il Trovatore), Va Pensiero (Nabucco), Act II Scene II from La Traviata, Povere Rigoletto! (Act 2, Rigoletto), and the Humming Chorus (ugh), from Madama Butterfly. Since you asked.

“Butterfly” is the only one I’ve ever watched, so I’m clueless about the others, expect that we (the chorus) are variously drunken gypsies, exiled Hebrews, and lascivious courtiers. Whee!
