Thought you'd be interested in this just because of how awesome it is. I walked a lap then ran a lap then walked a lap..etc. The second picture is adding heart rate. The accuracy is amazing. Anyway, I know you're gonna love it.
The third was just a walk to the store. I just wanted to see what it looked like. Seems to be accurate too. That one black line is where I stopped for traffic. Not sure what those on that first one is. I'll keep an eye on that tomorrow.

So the secret to making mundane canned soup into something fantastic. I got a bunch of Progresso Clam Chowder cause it was on sale.
I also bought a couple of cans of just clams that were on sale.
Wife sautéed some fresh onion and celery washed the clams and added all to soup, and it went from canned clam chowder to tasting home made. less then 10 minutes and perfect cold miserable rainy weather food.

I saw your response to Rex in the Bible thread. I set the over/under on how many times he would quote it and respond to it.
He quoted one of slices 6 times not long ago so I figured that one was so long and had so much information that he'd quote it at least 10 times.
So far only 3.
