I recently had a sinus infection and slept like crap as a result. I also sleep like crap regularly due to my deployment 11 years ago and what was an ever changing schedule, plus the fact that my brain apparently doesn’t like to slow down for more than short periods of times. I’m on medication to help me sleep better, and it helps, but not always.@volfanbill
Just curious if you've been sick with a cold or flu like virus since having your 955? I've had a cold for the past 16 days and it's been interesting tracking and reading about my body battery, sleep, sleep score, training readiness, hrv and stress and how it all works together. It's pretty amazing if you ask me.
All that to get to this. It is fascinating how accurate it is on my sleep and body recovery as a result. When I sleep like crap, it knows. I do know that sometimes when I actually manage like 4-5 hours of sleep without waking up, it’s crazy that sometimes I’ll have like an hour and 47 minutes of REM sleep but only 21 minutes of deep sleep. And sometimes it’s reversed, I get like 1 hour 33 minutes of deep sleep and only 27 minutes of REM.
