Because I hate that crap. I went to post op appointment today. I nagged them into releasing me going back to work May 15, though they wouldn’t release me to drive yet (being that it’s my dominant leg). I released myself because I wanted Captain D’s and I was going to get it.

Yeah, I pretty much threw the driving restriction out the window. Left knee done on a Tuesday, drove up and back to Cincy for 7 day by myself same day.

I wished I had listened to myself and body and said to heck with it, I’ll do as I feel I can, but I was and am doing what I can to get back to work. I still don’t think I could have done what you did, but it would be interesting to see if I could.

Remember, left knee. I stopped at 2 strategically located rest areas and elevated it for about 15 mins each time.
