The olive oil coating and the convection oven, thanks to my adaptable wife, have helped me to lose another 12 pounds since January.
Eating roasted sprouts, broccoli, or asparagus 4-5 days a week, Mondays (not tonight bc of the vertigo) for RL shrimp fest (all the grilled shrimp on skewers I want--get nothing else, skip the side dish, and get a house salad for 1.99 extra), and nothing fried here at home and very little red meat.
I don't really feel like I'm being controlled by constant thoughts of "oh I can't eat this." My wife has found many ways to eat a more healthful diet, and I am very grateful to her.
