Culinary, Arts, Thread.

Be nice, all he wants to do is talk a little football. On a Tennessee board. With Tennessee fans. While the gatersuck are beating us like a Sunday morning woody err year.

You watch. I think we whip they ass this year, but hypothetically speaking, if they do pull it off in the Swampass, he'll be a gay fixture in the football forum.

I like spam.

No really I do. Some people lack Spam imagination. Like you can grill it, and its so much better grilled. And also that Hawaian style Musubi with the seaweed and sauce (secret is the sauce).

If you've never tried this I recommend.

Nope but I tend to get along better with people over that age. Cause they were harder people. The pre-Boomers were a blast, and I always felt like Gen-X had more in common with them then the damn hippie Boomer generation, though some of the Vietnam vets are damn fine people. I also love tinned fish sardines and herring, etc on crackers and other older people foods. I used to eat Braunschweiger on toast with my grandfather every day when I visited them. When i go grocery shopping now with a bunch of sardines, and frozen scrapple in my basket the clerks are like WHAT IS that? I LOVE scrapple.

I belong to an organization that has men over many different generations....and the conversation with a guy telling you his glory years trying LSD and hippie stuff gets stale. But sit down with a man that remembers Bastogne or the Chosin resevoir, and you will hear some gripping ****. I'm kinda sad my Son will never know those people well.
