Found some bone in strips at Kroger for $25 for 3. Not my favorite cut of meat but can't pass on $25. Cooked it on the Blackstone with butter. Hot dayum. Hard to screw up meat on the blackstone
If you gone fry a steak it would prolly taste better under the broiler in the oven.
 
Ribs have finished their first 3 hours in the smoker and have moved on to phase III; in a foil boat with brown sugar, butter, and apple cider.

Lawd, I hope these things turn out the way I imagine.
 
@Behr still liking the air fryer? HBPW is loving hers. She just received some accessories: 2 silicone and one ceramic insert with hooks.

Yes I love mine too. I just cooked a 9oz piece of snowy grouper on the bottom and filled the top with diced yellow sqaush and I have lunch and dinner.
I had to ask her how to do the "bottom and Top" thang and she gave me a quick lesson. Everyone else gets yo minds out the gutter.
