Culinary, Arts, Thread.

I remember you said you had a Garmin before, but they've probably gotten alot better since then, chit they improve every couple of months now. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do mine.

Yeah, basically an older model of this one, I loved it.

I never really listen to music when I run, so we will see how I like that. I do listen to music while biking, usually with only one earbud so I can hear the cars that are trying to run me over.

I'm always listening to something but I listen straight from spotify, I've never downloaded any on my watch, I like to be able to easily change what Im listeningto. I can control spotify with my watch but it messes up my audio prompt for some reason.

It is weird, I just never have listened to music much when running. It is kinda a meditation for me. Biking and skiing, absolutely listen to music.
I sometimes turn it off for awhile, anywhere from 15 -30 minutes just to think, but not often.

Not a runner, thank God, but I can't even listen to music when I walk, because my pace inevitably changes to match the rhythm and tempo of each song.

I guess I could listen to one of those music-for-workout deals where they're all at the same tempo, but that sounds really unappealing.

Back in the days of cassette tapes, my ski mix was all over the place. I would be cruising along to the Dead and Neil Diamond, then Rage Against the Machine wound come on and I would point them and speed down the mountain.
