Does the air fryer change the texture of the avocados?
Good qwurshton. No it doesn't. Obviously it makes it hot, which I was afraid I wouldn't like. It took a couple of bites to get used to it, but after that it was fine.

The key is to let it cool about between 3-5 minutes depending on how big the avocado is. Just enough that the avocado cools but the egg doesn't too much.

I may try it...I was thinking the flesh around the edges may potentially get a little "soupy"

What temp and cook time do you recommend?

Dude. It's a pain in the ace and it's definitely trial and error.

Obstacle 1. You hafta scoup out enough avocado for the egg to fit.

Then you have to decide how well you want the egg cooked.

Optional. I put fresh diced garlic and olive oil in first. Then the egg.

Depending on your air fryers wattage, I'd start at 400° for about 8 minutes. See how the egg is cooked. Then adjust.

I haven't tried it in my new one and it goes up to 430°. The hotter the better. Cook the egg faster as to not cook the avocado as much would be a plus.
