Dude. It's a pain in the ace and it's definitely trial and error.

Obstacle 1. You hafta scoup out enough avocado for the egg to fit.

Then you have to decide how well you want the egg cooked.

Optional. I put fresh diced garlic and olive oil in first. Then the egg.

Depending on your air fryers wattage, I'd start at 400° for about 8 minutes. See how the egg is cooked. Then adjust.

I haven't tried it in my new one and it goes up to 430°. The hotter the better. Cook the egg faster as to not cook the avocado as much would be a plus.
I'm planning on going for attempt #1 tomorrow morning... hopefully it turns out edible.

If you break the egg in a glass then pour about half of the albumen out it'll fit better. That might help you for your first time.

Something I have to remind myself still today is, you can do whatever you want to make it work. Then adjust to make it better.

Pretty good crowd. We must have browsed 20 stores. The 4 of the 5 items we found that we were willing to buy had sold tag on them. The fifth was a pair of chairs for $7,600. Had to pass on those. Lol
