If you were my restaurants cpa and had been for several years and I wanted to change some codes on my proforms etc, is that a major pita for you?

Example.

Now All labor (Payroll) is coded under 503.

503 Payroll
510 Payroll Taxes

I need to change it to...

500 Payroll
501 Kitchen 100
502 Service 100
503 Management 100
504 Payroll Taxes 50

500 Total 350

Bojangle's and KFC here have better biscuits than Hardee's (not close: Hardee's here is awful).
A relatively local franchise called Pal's also has better biscuits than Hardee's.
