What was cullen like coming out of HS? Did he go JUCO b/c of grades? Anyone know of any schools that were recruiting him out of HS?

i don't know.......i think we'll probably take around 8 OL....we lose 6 after this year......

plus we lost 3 before the season started:

Ramone Johnson
Darris Sawtelle
Preston Bailey

And that's not including Langley, who they tried to switch......so technically, they will be replacing 9 OL......so I figure we take 8-9 OL

We can only get 27 players into school so I don't see us getting 8 or 9 lineman but if we have a lot of decommits then its possible.

LV, do you know much about Cullen prior to JUCO? Was he a big time HS prospect? Why did he go to JUCO? Grades or to raise his stock?

I'm always a little more skeptical of JUCO kids (I don't think I have quite gotten over Kenny O'Neal)... Is this kid really legit and worth one of our scholarship offers? (which seems to be a hot commodity nowadays!!! :rock:)

Might be. I think Hood will get a shot at it though. Smaller OL, and a very smart kid. Who do you think will start next year?

I have no clue what he did in high school. He isn't on any of the recruiting sites. He is definitely worth an offer imo...
