Pretty much. I just had it day before yesterday while in Wisconsin and as before, it was kind of "meh."

Good selection, but nothing to get all crazy about.

I went to the one in Clearwater a lot when I lived there. I really like Culvers a lot. Like I said earlier, their Cod sandwiches are awesome, and I love their deserts.
