I thought he passed his first test by releasing Ware rather than attempting to hold him hostage.

i think its a series of tests, progressively dramatic.

It's obvious, in light of today's New York Times article, that passing on dealing with the Ken Caldwells of the world in an attempt to retain Kevin Ware was a great decision.

He only has two tests to pass and that is winning ball games and keeping the program out of too much trouble with the NCAA.

He still has incompletes in both of those areas but I look forward to what he can do here at Tennessee.
