19. He's generated a ton of interest for our football program that has only won a combined 15 games in the last three years.

Yeah I know I'm deathly afraid of all you message board mafia....not! Here's some Pearl negatives, and they far outweigh the positives.

He's trouble almost everywhere he's gone except places like Indiana State or Wisc-Mil where he probably was but nobody cares which would explain Wisc-Mil success..

He's an NCAA micro-probe up our ass if we even think about taking him back. The first secondary and we have NCAA lawyers camped in our backyard.

As I'm sitting here watching the UT-Mizzou game, I can definitely list something that's not a "Cuonzo positive"....

He just called a timeout to set a play for the last play of the half. The result? McRae and Barton standing still dribbling the ball at half court....McRae was trapped immediately when he got the ball...he mindlessly threw a lazy bounce pass back to Barton which was intercepted and dunked at the other end. Helluva playcall/great coaching there CCM.

Ok, continue the Pearl hatred now.....

Positive - Cuonzo is gracious in defeat.

Negative - Their entire front line had 4 fouls with 10 minutes to go, and we proceeded to execute our long-ranch-3 offense. Asinine.

The good thing I guess, he's given me the excuse to go back to watching only UT football and an occasional Lady Vols game!
