There sure has been some hating on Coach Martin this season... some of the frustration completely understandable (i.e. Memphis and Austin Peay).

However, I am certainly proud of the effort put forth by our boys in orange and white today. Coach Martin made some huge adjustments to lineup and game plan. Those guys executed and played with passion today. We just beat the 14th ranked team in the nation, a huge SEC East opponent, and our major rival.

Congrats on the signature win Coach Martin! Congrats to the UT Men's Basketball team on today's win. I wish you nothing but the best going forward!!

Huge, huge win for the program. Not just because it was the gators, but also because it proves they can close the deal against a good team, and shows that we're not going to fall off the face of the earth just because of the coaching change.

I felt the same way. I think VOL fans needed this win after losing to Memphis and Wilcox/Sirmon leaving this week.
