Curious if Duck fans want The Vols to win

Of course they do. FSU and Ohio State are still undefeated.

I think if FSU, Ohio State, Oregon, Alabama all go undefeated it would be Ohio State vs Alabama in the championship. They would have to hope they get voted more than Ohio State which is going to say we're 24-0?

Nah, they'll be pulling for us and every other team playing these teams.

Disagree. It'll be Bama and Oregon if they all go undefeated IMO. PAC 12>ACC>Big 10

We have a playoff system now. #5 will be the happiest

Nah... I don't think Mizzou is going to be happy the way the season ends to be honest.

I live in MO and have a kid at Mizzou. I like them and pull for them outside of the Vols. They have lived a very "charmed" life this season. They have a great system that enables them to compete with lesser talent.

With all that said, they will have less talent than four of their last 5 opponents. I will be surprised if they do not lose 3 of their last 5. Pleasantly surprised if they win out minus UT... but I very much doubt it.

The tide will likely end up in the game anyway, I think they will be cheering us on.

Hey Stephen-on an unrelated note...can you do anything about the amount of soccer coverage ESPN is suddenly going overboard with? It's getting out of hand. I blame your people.

Lol. Unfortunately that dull and boring sport is the most popular in the world somehow. This, Tennis, and baseball kill me.

Any fan base other than Alabama should want them to lose.

Kind of like strikeouts, Alabama winning titles is fascist and boring.

I always want the Vols to win. Except for one game in 2010, and one game this year.

There are many opinions about OSU and FSU; however, The Ducks start the day .0028 points behind FSU, and OSU doesn't stand a chance, so if we win, we are in. I want Alabama to lose, simply because they are Alabama, and because Saban is Saban.

If they deserve to go to championship game, they will, but until then, GBO!

They can want bama all they want and I would hope to see the Ducks trounce them, but they might get a little more than they wished for should they end up playing them. Saban with all the time in the world to prepare is never going to be easy.

Yeah. That will be their take... but UT isn't the same team now as they were then. But we'd do it too if the roles were reversed.

Yeah, even at our game there were Duck fans who were acting like they'd just won the SEC conference title -- just because they beat us.

Aside from the little bit of trash talk I've seen on here, It really seems that Oregon and UT are developing a real respect for each other....Not sure why or how it happened, but Oregon fans seem to really like UT (from my own personal experiences)

Rightly or wrongly, you cannot write FSU off that easily. tOSU imo is no better than the 4th best team at this point and does not play anyone who can help boost their sos.

I think Oregon will win it all this year.... but the chances improve significantly if they don't play Bama. Saban is always tough... he's murder if he has multiple weeks to prepare.

It might be different if UT were more of a threat.

From what I've seen, TN and Oregon have each other backs in many games. We get along quite nicely. I get the feeling they would love for us to win.

Still alot of football left to play this year. Not sure who OSU has on their schedule that can beat them but lord knows I hope someone does. Oregon has their own road to hoe to stay undefeated also. The only team that I think can get to the Championship game with a single loss is Albubba. I think the rest will probably lose somewhere along the line.

Pretty sure everyone across the country wants us to win besides Bama fans...as someone stated earlier in this thread. People up here in ohio keep telling me they're gonna root for the vols. But obviously they would since Ohio State needs someone to lose in front of them....one osu guy said he hates Alabama....osu fans just hate them because they're winners...they don't know the hatred vol fans have for Alabama...they'll hate Tennessee too once they start winning :)

I keep seeing you all talking about Oregon. F.S.U. and O.S.U. but what about Baylor. If. And just if it was Baylor/ Oregon in the title game. Any chance an all time record for points in a game that isn't overtime. Cause damn they be putting up some numbers.
