I will say this, if we lose to Arkansas look for the NCAA to screw over Pearl and the VOLS if they can...they can also look to put less deserving teams in like VA TECH who should have gotten in years past. Better win at Arkansas to save Big Orange nation a whole lot fo griping Sunday evening.

Tennessee's record isn't very good but their schedule and quality wins alone will get them into the tournament.

"They might not get in". Yeah... and you might not be older than 15. Is this the first full regular season you've ever watched?

There is no reason to believe Tennessee won't get in. They'd have to look really bad against Arkansas for them to even consider leaving Tennessee out. I'm not sure Tennessee can look any worse than they have recently so it shouldn't be an issue. Jmo.

Not sure if NCAA hates us or not...just saying that it could be a possibility if we lose to Arkansas. Be a message Pearl would hear loud and clear now wouldn't it.

Yeah, except that's not part of their criteria they select teams on. But go ahead with the conspiracy theory.

Ya and according to this Rocket Science they have here they put Michigan and Memphis in as 12 and 11 seeds.... unless Memphis makes the C-USA finals they are out.... and Michigan has much worse RPI and SOS for them to get in over us...

If we don't beat Arkansas, we don't deserve to go dancing. Either way, Tennessee is going dancing. Nova sure didn't help us out any tonight though.

That it would.... but we should be playing Friday night... oh FYI for everyone coming in on a whimb... face value on tickets for fri... sat...sun are min. $50.... I am in the UT allotment and face value prices go as follows.... 40 thurs/session... 50/ friday... 60/sat and 65/sun... these puppies have gone way up just over the last few years... they were 40 straight across for the tornado year..... and yes i was there for that bs!

Not saying it is...this board is to talk about every possible scenario and that well could be one...we wouldn't be left out if we were 22-10...but the more doubt we give people the more reasons they can come up with to keep us out

I think we beat Arky and make the tourney. In the big dance, I have no clue.. I think a Sweet 16 would be the ceiling for this team

If they get in or not it's going to be a short stay. Hey look at this way, if they make the NIT they might have a decent chance to at least make it to the second week.

With the way the second half of the season has went i don't think they deserve a bid, so if they get in then it's just bonus time on this train wreck of a season.

Well nobody is going to take them serious in the tourney and they play better with a chip on their shoulder. I'm happy with a crappy season, barely squeeking by on the bubble, and then making a super deep run in the tourney.
