I am now rooting for the Cajuns to win it all.

Buy why? So one could claim we lost to the champions? LSU baseball fans are like Florida football fans. There is literally 1 reasonable fan out 10,000.

I may change my mind. I had had a lot to drink when I posted that.

I don’t hate them like many do and I was treated well when I was at the series this season. But I do know how obnoxious they can be.

Maybe, but I’m doubtful, at least for the first game. Unfortunately LSU (or fortunately if you’re LSU) only had to use 2 pitchers total in last night’s game: they really got to give most of their bullpen some good rest and didn’t have to go deep into using up their dugout at all before today’s game.

Wake Forest starting pitcher today ERA 2.18 and he was the Sunday starter.

TCU vs. Wake Forest in the Finals would be ideal. I’m not one to generally cheer for the SEC, especially LSU or Florida. in fact it would probably be a REALLY short list (the two Mississippi schools and Texas A&M) that I could ever see myself cheering for in anything. And Ole Miss has that pretty strong “Lane taint” going too.
